STATIC INTERCEPT® reacts and binds corrosive gases permanently and thus creates a neutralised atmosphere which protects materials stored in it from corrosion. Even moisture is stripped from its corrosive elements and no longer leads to corrosion. An additional barrier layer prevents the penetration of additional moisture. This guarantees reliable corrosion protection during transport and up to 15 years long-term storage. In addition, you reduce process costs, in some cases significantly.
The basic technology was developed by the companies Lucent Technologies and Bell Laboratories (USA) and has been successfully in use since 1984. To this day the process still protects the Statue of Liberty in New York! Independent test results prove the excellent protective effect for all known materials.
