“Intelligent” tracker ensures seamless evaluation
G-log series data loggers record accelerations (shocks, vibrations) and the temperature at the time of the impact. For every event, the progression of the acceleration on all three axes is recorded. In addition, an external combined sensor can record the temperature and humidity. Thanks to the remote sensor, the acceleration and climate sensor can be installed at the ideal measuring location without having to use two devices. This makes the g-log data logger the ideal tool for seamless transport monitoring, as a single device is capable of recording mechanical loads as well as the climatic conditions. The accompanying LogView PC software for programming and graphic and numeric display of the measured values and their printouts allows easy measurement analysis as well as data logger programming. The software can be used with all g-log data loggers.
Features
- Shock measurement on all three axes
- Detailed shock progression with time stamp
- Temperature and humidity measurement by means of an external sensor
- Dew point calculation
- 24 months battery life
- Tamper-proof: password protected
- Sturdy aluminium housing, easy installation
- Easy evaluation with accompanying software
- Large storage capacity
Added security
All data are stored in the logger in non-volatile memory. This means that the measured values are preserved even if the battery dies.
A password is required for any intervention in the programming of the device and all changes are recorded. This ensures that measurements cannot be tampered with and any attempts at tampering are detected immediately.
Special housing for tough conditions
The g-log series was developed for use in tough conditions. The measuring electronics are protected by a sturdy, splash-proof aluminium housing. (protection class IP 65).
