For applications such as collapsible pallets, box dividers, reel protectors and container or packing case cladding, this is unbeatable. Highly resistant to tearing, impact, bending and cracking. While its stiffness makes it resistant to accidental deformation it can still be shaped into highly versatile designs.
Twinwall sheet’s other properties include outstanding abrasion resistance, ultrasonic weldability and suitability for multiple transit cycles – can be used up to 50 times! Acids, oils and alcohol leave it unmarked and it will also resist water, steam and temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C. All in all, for storing your products it’s the perfect protective solution against shock, moisture, oil and dust. The sheet is ideally suited as a material for multi-trip containers and reuseable packaging.
PP twinwall fluted sheets can be press-cut, folded, stapled, welded and printed to make practically any desired shape. Sheet is also available in antistatic or conductive versions.
