INTERCEPT Technology™ combines ESD and corrosion protection in a unique way. The difference to other protection systems is that the effectiveness is not only harmonised with the goods to be packed, but also with the effects resulting from humidity and corrosion. INTERCEPT Technology™ provides up to 15 years of effective protection for lead-free soldered devices (RoHS directive) and guarantees worldwide shipment that is independent of the recipient country, the storage period, the route of transport and the goods to be packed. The patented INTERCEPT Technology™ additionally avoids the danger of damage from ultraviolet light, because Ultraviolet light cannot penetrate the plastic film.
