Work safety and environment
There are no limitations to be considered regarding work safety and use of INTERCEPT Technology™ materials. The directives of TRGS 615 and TRGS 900 are not affected. In accordance with the RoHS-directives (restriction of the use of hazardous substances, lead solder), which have been valid in the EU since July 1, 2006, INTERCEPT Technology™ products offer maximum protection especially for the electrical industry.
The INTERCEPT Technology™ was awarded with the 6th award for safety measures by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour in Germany in 2005.
Function is guaranteed and ensured and its effectiveness is independently certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2000.
Process optimization
Costs can be considerably reduced due to time savings of up to 90% during the packaging process in comparison with the drying agent method (aluminum composite and drying agent, incl. vacuum extraction).
